Most of us know what banana “nice cream” is by now right? It’s basically the greatest thing ever. You take bananas, freeze them, blend them (just bananas, nothing else) and it creates this creamy dreamy soft serve consistency. It doesn’t need any sweetener. It’s literally just bananas, or at least that’s the oober basic version. But really there is so much you can do with it. The flavors are endless! Last year I made this banana nice cream treat.
This pumpkin pie nice cream is because:
1. It’s Fall.
2. I want all things pumpkin.
3. However, it’s Texas and it’s still hot so I want all things ice cream.
If you live in a world where it’s cold in the fall…well…bundle up, make a fire, make some hot coffee, and make this! Because you will still love it, don’t let the cold weather define you.
