Alright y’all I don’t know why its taken me so long to make these! They are just as easy and tasty as everyone says! Let’s just say that after my husband immediately devoured 4 brownies his jaw dropped when I then told him they were made with black beans!

And guess what there’s hardly any fat since you don’t use any eggs or butter or oil!
Flourless Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients:
1 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed (this is key) I’ve even made this with chickpeas
1/3 to 1/2 cup cocoa powder depending on how chocolaty you like
¾ tsp baking powder
¾ tsp salt
½ cups maple syrup
½ cups maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
2 eggs
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Add a splash of my Cold Brew Coffee for a yummy surprise!
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Puree the black beans and wet ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

3. Then pour in with the dry ingredients and mix all together until well combined.
4. Pour into a 9×9 baking dish, may want to grease the man or line with parchment paper.
5. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool on a wire rack before cutting.
