I don’t claim to know all the answers, or the perfect way to eat and exercise. I just do what works for my body, and I hope it will help you figure out what works best for you. This page will soon be filled with my personal thoughts and ideas on different nutrition and fitness practices. I choose to look at the world of health with an open mind, thus my ideas have changed many times over the years, and I am sure it will continue to change as I grow and learn more about all the various health and nutrition ideas out there, old and new.
